1. Almag F. Pradana - Head Delegate
Almo graduated top of his class with Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Petroleum Engineering from Trisakti University Jakarta in 2007 with scholarship from the International Society of Petroleum Engineers (SPE). Having worked for 5 years with both British Petroleum (BP) and Petronas-Malaysia as Senior Petroleum Engineer supervising wide range of upstream oil and gas portfolio such as: West Africa deep-water project, Egypt’s Nile delta gas development, Vietnam’s metamorphic formation fracturing and the world’s first off-shore Enhanced Oil Recovery in Malaysia, he was also selected as one of the youth representative in 2012 World Gas Conference in Kuala Lumpur Malaysia in panel discussions with the world’s leading energy’ CEOs.
As a recipient of scholarship by the Indonesian Finance Ministry in 2013, he is now expanding his knowledge by studying the complex relationship of energy and economics at University College London, United Kingdom, on a Master of Science’s (MSc) program titled: Economics, Policy of Energy and The Environment. In addition, he has been selected in 2014 to pursue his passion by performing research for his master’s dissertation in improving basic and modern electricity access in least developed and developing countries at the Global Energy Economics Directorate of the International Energy Agency (IEA) in Paris, France to focused on the energy-economics policy framework and modelling for Africa, South America and South East Asia.
Throughout his career and as a student, he is an active member of oil and gas international student chapters, model United Nations, and youth professional clubs. He is also a sport enthusiast and enjoys mountaineering, skydiving and fencing. - @almoronz
2. Donny Eryastha
Donny Eryastha is a graduate of the Master of Public Administration in International Development program at the Kennedy School of Government, Harvard University. He currently works for the World Bank as Private Sector Development Specialist. Prior to this he has worked as the Advisor to the Minister at the Indonesia Investment Coordinating Board. Previously he has worked at both ends of the financial industry: as an investment banker and as a microfinance analyst. He has also worked pro-bono proliferating parliamentary debating among Indonesian youth under a local NGO and the Ministry of National Education. He received his undergraduate degree in finance from the University of Indonesia. - @mdonny2001
3. Dyah Ayunico Ramadhani
Graduated cum-laude honor from University of Indonesia with a major in International Political Economy in 2011, Dyah Ayunico Ramadhani currently serves as an Associate Director in the Indonesian President's Delivery Unit for Development Monitoring and Oversight. She is in charge of creating policy analysis as well as monitoring and evaluation of the programs under the National Priority specifically on education. Before joining the president’s delivery unit, Dyah started her professional career as a consultant in the global management-consulting firm, McKinsey & Company for more than 2 years. As a consultant, she led multiple operational improvements efforts for multinational company across Southeast Asia.
Dyah is deeply passionate upon the issue of economic development and education and hopes that she can further deepen her knowledge to help build her country. As a student she often was involved in students organizations, events and competition. She was the 2013 Champion of the Young Leaders for Indonesia (YLI) initiative by McKinsey and an avid member of the YLI Alumni Community since 2010. During her college years, she served as the secretary-general in the Student Executive Body in the Faculty of Social & Political Science. She is the runner-up of Outstanding Student Election (Mahasiswa Berprestasi) of Faculty of Social and Political Sciences, Universitas Indonesia 2010 and winner of Best Diplomacy Award in Harvard World Model United Nations (Harvard WorldMUN), Singapore, March 2011. 4. Johannes Ardiant
Johannes Ardiant is a public policy graduate student at Harvard University's John F. Kennedy School of Government under a scholarship from Indonesia's Endowment Fund for Education (LPDP). In Harvard, he serves as an organizer at the upcoming Harvard Asia Business Conference and works as a pro-bono consultant focusing on promoting fiscal transparency and accountability in Indian municipalities.
Previously, he spent his Summer working with an advisory firm in Jakarta where he was responsible for drafting a recommendation on infrastructure strategy for the Indonesian Government. He also worked as a consultant in IBM Global Business Services and as a researcher in the National University of Singapore. Outside office, Johannes contributes in Batam where he transformed several fishing communities that had no access to clean water and lacked electricity. His community involvements influenced his aspirations not only to work in an intellectually stimulating environment, but also in a place that have social purpose.
Johannes also served in various organizations as an executive. He was active in Indonesian Students' Association in Singapore (2007-2008) and Indonesian Professionals' Association (2010-2012).
He received his undergraduate degree in Computer Engineering from the National University of Singapore with a full merit-based scholarship in 2009. In his spare time, Jo enjoys trekking, traveling, photography, running, and reading good books. - @joardiant
5. Zeva Aulia Sudana
Zeva Aulia Sudana is currently Special Assistant to the Executive Secretary and Policy and Strategy Officer at the Tropical Landscapes Finance Facility (TLFF). She is also an active freelance consultant for multi-stakeholders. She was Communications Officer and Green Education Consultant at the United Nations Office for REDD+ Coordination in Indonesia (UNORCID). She was a Program Officer in Search for Common Ground (SFCG), an INGO in the fields of conflict transformation and peacebuilding. She has travelled to various parts of Indonesia to conduct grassroot programs.
She obtained her Masters of Arts (MA) Degree in December 2013 from the University of Nottingham, United Kingdom in the studies of Social and Global Justice within the School of Politics and International Relations. She graduated with a Merit II-I award. She received a full scholarship from the University of Nottingham in collaboration with The Open Society Foundation (OSF).
Zeva obtained her International Relations bachelor’s degree (SIp) in 2011 from Parahyangan Catholic University, Indonesia. She was the Chief Coordinator of KSMPMI - SENTRIS academic journal and member of Parahyangan English Debating Society. She graduated with both a cum laude and valedictorian honor.
She is a member of CAUSINDY since 2015, an alumnus of Istanbul’s Bilgi Üniversitesi Summer School on International Politics in 2012, scholarship recipient of the 2011 Study of the United States Institutes (SUSI) - Religious Pluralism in America from the US Department of State’s Educational and Cultural Bureau, and alumni of the 2010 Sekolah HAM untuk Mahasiswa / Human Rights School for University Students (SeHaMa) held by NGO KontraS.
