1. Pradita Astarina - Head of State
Pradita Astarina graduated with MBA degree from University of Cambridge, United Kingdom. She is now working as an Investment Professional for Creador, a private equity firm. She was a member of Peterhouse and also the first Jardine Scholar who reads an MBA degree in Cambridge. She was one of the youngest Associate Directors in the President’s Delivery Unit for Development Monitoring and Oversight, a special unit under the President of Indonesia. She had represented her country in Business and Finance Panel at the Harvard Project for Asia and International Relations for three consecutive years (2011-2013).
Apart from academics, she was also the Youngest Winner of Young Caring Professional Awards Martha Tilaar 2011 and the receiver of La Femme Trophy–The Power of Women Award. Furthermore, she is also highly involved in youth leadership activities in Indonesia. She is the founder of Young Leaders for Indonesia (YLI) Alumni Community. YLI is an intensive leadership development program initiated by McKinsey Jakarta Office for high performing university students.
Dita graduated with Summa Cum Laude predicate from University of Indonesia. After her graduation, she was appointed as British Council Indonesia Education Ambassador. She was given theopportunity toattend asummerschool in Cambridge.
During her years of study, she won many scholarships and also economics and business competitions varying from national to international scopes, such as a paper competition about the implication of climate change in ASEAN’s economy in Young Economist’s Convention held in Philippines and the best proposal of politics and economy of Asian Union held by Asia Economic Community Forum in South Korea. - @p_astarina
2. Syahid Deradjat Mihardja - Sherpa
Syahid is now working in state-owned energy company Pertamina as an Assistant to Director of Human Resources, Information Technology, and General Affairs. He graduated from Institut Teknologi Bandung in 2010 with B.Eng. in Environmental Engineering.
He actively engages in energy policy discussions. He was selected as a youth speaker in World Petroleum Council (WPC) Youth Forum 2013 in Calgary, Canada, where he shared about Pertamina's community development programs. He also attended the World Gas Conference (WGC) Youth Event 2015 in Paris, France, advocated women participation in gas business. Recently, he was a part of the Organizing Committee for World Petroleum Council (WPC) Future Leaders Forum 2016 in Rio de Janeirio, Brazil where he promoted youth leadership with his young counterparts in the industry.
He watchs Olympics Games and his favorite Olympics sports are Gymnastics and Figure Skating. - @syaderaMihardja
3. Muhammad Ghufron Mustaqim - Minister of Development
Ghufron is now VP of Service and People Operations in a growing fashion startup, Sale Stock. He obtained his bachelor of arts in politics from the Department of International Relations, Faculty of Social and Political Science, Universitas Gadjah Mada in 2013. In 2012, he was one of the award recipients from Rector of UGM for students with intellectual and leadership distinction. After college, he joined McKinsey & Company as a consultant for one year. As a consultant, he has experience in oil and gas and energy sectors on strategy and operation topics, serving multinational companies across Southeast Asia.
Ghufron founded Forum for Indonesia in 2011, an organization which strives to enabling intersectoral collaboration in social innovation for a thriving Indonesia. In 2014, he founded Anak Panah Institute, a think-tank that aims to advance the knowledge on issues related to humanity, nationality, Islam, and Muhammadiyah. He is currently in charge as Editor-in-Chief for one of its programs, Anak Panah Editorial. In his spare time, Ghufron also helps organize TemuiWakilmu—a non-partisan initiative that convenes public discussion and town hall meetings for members of parliament attended by general public.

4. Rully Prasetya - Minister of Economy
Rully currently works as Research Economist at International Monetary Fund (IMF), based in Jakarta. He previously worked as Associate at Economics Research Institute for ASEAN and East Asia (ERIA). He received his Master in Public Policy degree from National University of Singapore and the University of Tokyo in 2013 as well as M.Sc. in Economics (Distinction) from University College London in 2014. Rully graduated cum laude from the Faculty of Economics, University of Indonesia in September 2011.
Throughout his university career, Rully was active in many student organizations as well as student research paper competitions, both at national and international levels. Recently, Rully presented a case study of global economic meltdown in Global Public Policy Network (GPPN) student conference at the London School of Economics and Political (LSE), UK. In Fall 2010, Rully participated in the Global Undergraduate Exchange Program at the University of Utah, USA, sponsored by the US Department of State. In mid-2011, Rully was awarded as the most outstanding student at the University of Indonesia (Mahasiswa Berprestasi Utama), and ranked 3rd nationwide.
Rully will begin his MRes/PhD in Economics study at UCL in Fall 2015.
5. Safrian Farizi - Minister of Environment
Safrian is a professional in oil and gas industry. He is currently working for oilfield service giant Schlumberger Ltd. He graduated from Institut Teknologi Bandung (ITB) in Petroleum Engineering major.
Safrian is passionate about the environment. He believes that the long-term solution to climate change rests in our ability to develop, deploy and adopt more sustainable energy sources, including renewable energy and energy efficiency.
A prolific writer, Safrian’s articles on Indonesia’s energy issues have been published in various magazines and newspapers. He won 2nd place on the 2011 National Student Energy Conference (KENMI) essay competition on renewable energy and his paper on the concept of Engineered Geothermal System was presented at the 2011 Indonesia Students International Scientific Meeting in London. Safrian has also completed internship programs at Schlumberger and Chevron.
Apart from his technical skills, Safrian is also interested in policy making. As mentioned before, Safrian was part of the ITB delegation to the National Student Energy Conference (KENMI) 2011, where he negotiated on behalf of students’ input statement to Indonesia’s energy policy alongside students from other universities across the country. - @safrianAF
6. Natasha Karina Ardiani - WTO Director-General (International Delegation)
Natasha is currently pursuing her study at School of International and Public Affairs (SIPA) Columbia University in New York. She previously served as Assistant to the Head of National REDD+ Management Agency, Republic of Indonesia. From 2012 to 2014, she served as Associate Director at President's Delivery Unit for Development Monitoring and Oversight (UKP-PPP) as policy analyst for the unit’s team on Post-2015 Development Agenda. She was in charge of outreach efforts for the Indonesia’s team on the High-Level Panel of Eminent Persons on the Post-2015 Development Agenda, which President Yudhoyono co-chaired along with President Sirleaf of Liberia and Prime Minister Cameron of the United Kingdom. Her other responsibilities includes speechwriting, policy reports drafting, managing several bilateral and multilateral initiatives on climate change.
She gained her Bachelor in International Relations from Airlangga University and Master of Public Policy specializing in Economic Policy from Crawford School of Economics and Government, the Australian National University. Her experience in youth advocacy and international diplomacy ranges from leading her university team to the National Model United Nations in New York in 2010, working on a social project in Poland, winning 1st place at WTO Public Forum Video Contest in 2011, engaging different stakeholders from youth, private sector, public sector, academia and civil societies organizations to realize the Post-2015 Development Agenda, and as Indonesian Youth Delegate to the 68th UN General Assembly 2013.
