Mr. Lukman currently serves as the Deputy Minister of International Economic Cooperation at the Coordinating Ministry of Economic Affairs of the Republic of Indonesia. He replaces the previous Sherpa, Mahendra Siregar, and will facilitate all government communications and coordination with the G20.
IYD had the opportunity to introduce the new leadership, where the meeting was attended by Gracia as a new Co-Chair, accompanied by Natasha & Syahid (previous Co-Chairs), Dyah represented last year Y20 delegates, and Adi as a member of IYD.
The latest progress of the organization as well as the current selection process of Y20 Turkey delegates were also discussed in the meeting. Mr. Lukman expressed his utmost support for the organization and welcomes future collaborations especially the IYD's mission and effort to spread the G20 awareness among youth.
As a part of the Sherpa's preparation prior attending to the G20 Summit, selected Indonesian delegates for Y20 Turkey will be invited to stakeholder consultation meeting along with the B20, C20, T20, and L20 community.
